Hello world! Welcome to the Green Beyond. This will be where I tell the tale of me and my family's journey from simple urban dwellers and business owners to green entrepreneurs and sustainable citizens.

So far it's been all about education. When I first started, I had no idea that a simple thing like changing my diet would snowball into teaching me so much about the world I live in. And who knew that my dad and brothers were thinking the exact same thing!?!

I'll keep it short this first time around but stay tuned. I'll be posting our reading list and reviews, our certification processed, and all the bumps along the road. Because as Kermit so profoundly stated, it's not easy being green...
